Appetizers to serve with Mint Bailey's Chocolate Martini?

I am hosting a games night on the weekend, and recently came across the recipe for Mint Bailey's Chocolate Martinis (Vodka, Baileys, white chocolate liqueur, chocolate syrup).

I want to start the evening with these, and I am sure some people will stick to them all night. I am a bit puzzled as to what appetizers to serve that will compliment these drinks; any ideas?

Appetizers to serve with Mint Bailey's Chocolate Martini?
Pieces of pound cake

Cheesecake bites

Butter cookes

The drinks are sweet and chocolately so anything that would go good with chocolate and mint
Reply:Well, it is the season for girlscout cookies...and the "thinmints" would definatly compliment your cocktail, plus you would be supporting your community :) You can usually find girlscouts selling boxes in front of grocery stores or your city's courthouse.
Reply:I'm thinking that, unless you want everyone to be in a drunken diabetic coma, you might want to save this delightful drink to serve at the dessert portion of your games night. Perhaps, create a more traditional martini, old-fashioned, etc. to serve during the bulk of the appetizer eating. :) Here are some ideas for food:

1. Spinach dip with crackers and baguette slices

2. Lil smokies in puff pastry: using Pillsbury crescent roll dough, separate each section and cut into 4ths. Wrap around lil smokies and place on baking dish. Bake until golden brown and serve with bbq sauce.

3. Meatballs in a marinara sauce in a sourdough bread bowl. Serve with parmesan and extra sauce.

4. Chicken and green chili quesadillas, cut into wedges.
Reply:do a few different kinds of mini desserts. Chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered pretzel rods, mini cheesecake cups, mini cupcakes. YUM! :)
Reply:I would say something salty since they will be sweet. Homemade trail mix or air popped corn with different spices for flavoring for something easy. Crispy, cheesy wontons would be good. An onion tart would be another good idea.

I would also suggest having other drink options... Personally, I could only drink one martini that is that sweet.
Reply:definetly something sweet, some kind of pound cake or tort?
Reply:thin wafer butter cookies, fresh strawberries %26amp; other fruits, angel food cake, etc..
Reply:That sounds more like a dessert drink. I don't think anyone would want too many, they sound filling.
