.25 oz. lime juice

1 sprig mint

1 slice lime

Moscow mule
Reply:Yeah, I watched Jamie Oliver mix vodka with fresh mint leaves, lots of ice and fresh lemons and limes. He cut up the limes and lemons roughly, poured the vodka (a whole bottle) over the ice in a big jug and crushed it all together with the mint leaves and served it to his mates. Mmmmmmm sounds wonderful! I haven't tried it yet though.
Reply:A real fun idea is to get a watermelon cut a small round hole in it . Pour in the vodka, Cover the hole with clear wrap and let it sit in the frig for about 24 hours, Rotating it, invite some friends over and enjoy, Have Fun!!!!
Reply:Mojitos, but I think they are gross. plus, most people dont want to taste minty **** when they are puking.
Reply:Champagne, Darling? Freezes

4 scoops lemon sorbet

2 ounces chilled vodka, citrus vodka or limoncello (Italian lemon liqueur)

2 ounces prosecco or other sparkling wine or Champagne

2 sprigs fresh mint

Blend lemon sorbet on low speed and pour in vodka or lemon liqueur in a slow stream. Add prosecco or Champagne. Pour cocktails into a chilled martini glass and serve, garnished with a sprig of mint.

Sgroppino (Italian cocktail)

1 cup chilled Prosecco (Italian sparkling white wine)

2 tablespoons chilled vodka

1/3 cup frozen lemon sorbet

1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves

Pour the Prosecco and vodka into 2 Champagne flutes, diving equally. Spoon a scoop of sorbet into each flute. Sprinkle with mint and serve immediately
Reply:Vodka Mojito springs to mind if you like refreshing zing.

put 5-10 mint leaves in the bottom of a tumbler glass with a spoonful of sugar and a wedge of lime plus a lug of lime juice and mash them around to release the flavours - use a spoon or the end of a rolling pin!

Fill the glass to the top with ice and pour over a decent measure of the vodka.

Serve! or top up a little with soda water if you prefer.

mmm
