Who or what ate my Orange Mint and Spearmint?

I have several kinds of mint on my balcony. Something ate almost all my Orange Mint and started to get into my Spearmint. My balcony is right next to a very large tree so I thought maybe a squirrel did it or a bird. It's been over 100 degrees and the pots get their water from the base so I haven't been out their to water in two days and just noticed it now. :(

Who or what ate my Orange Mint and Spearmint?
i'm sorry. no evidence? snipped off to the soil? no signs of catapiller-like munching? possibly a cat.
Reply:known cat repellents are cayenne pepper, coffee grounds, pipe tobacco, lavender oil, lemon grass oil, citronella oil, eucalyptus oil and mustard oil. Report It

Reply:two other alternatives. lion poo. seriously, you can buy this stuff, especially if there's a zoo nearby. and, cats hate dealing with aluminum foil (put under the pot). Report It

Reply:well if you talkin bout spearement probably you
Reply:Good chance it's a neighborhood cat. Wish I could tell you how to stop them from bothering your plants, but short of a shotgun I haven't figured out how either.
Reply:Any creature.
Reply:I did. Sorry. I'll buy you some on payday. =) lol
Reply:It was probably a raccoon or squirrel; birds don't tend to eat that kind of stuff. Either that, or your neighborhood molester is grateful for the snack you left him and hopes you will leave some more for tonight.
Reply:I say a black crow but racoons are sneaky! haha could be a racoon but I'd say a crow
Reply:ME!!!
Reply:I think it was your Moroccan neighbors!
Reply:I DID

MUAHAHAHAH
Reply:Uh Oh !! Orange mints ? Spearmints ? .................... Sounds to me like the winged man-eating Squirrel ! Those are their FAVOURITE snacks , next to humans of course .

Be afraid ! .................... be VERY afraid !!
