How much mint extract is equal to a sprig of mint?
Only a teensy bit. Extract really does taste very different to the fresh stuff so try to shop around for it. It might taste a bit funky with extract- and not in the good way.
Reply:It'd differ from sprig to sprig, but it's a very small amount. I'd only use one to three drops, depending on your preference for mint.
