Mint is a very Agressive plant trim it back and it will produce new leaves excellent for fresh use to dry it make a" boquet" and tie it with some string tightly around the stems hang it upside down in a dark cool dry place to dry

Make sure you are not spraying any insecticides or other toxins on or near your plants
Reply:overgrown gardens happen when you don't trim, or cut back. cut off a big stem with plenty of leaves, and just hang up to dry.
Reply:You need to weed it weekly to keep it from over growing. Just snip the mint, and place them on a brown paper bag to dry out. You can use them for tea, or put them in little mesh bags to use as drawer fresheners. I would even crush some up and mix with sea salt for a relaxing bath soak.
