What paint color would match a pretty mint green?

I have a small apt. and want to paint 2 bedrooms to flow with my living room color paint. It is a pretty medium color green and white trim.

What paint color would match a pretty mint green?
creams, whites, another shade of green lighter or darker.

best thing to do is goto a paint store and get some samples of different colors before you comit to something and hate it.
Reply:mint green paint?
Reply:i would do white...dont over do it with color..one room with a bright color is good enough
Reply:I just did mine and used a soft peach. Love it.
Reply:Pastel pink, blue or yellow with the same white trim would look pretty. Or if you feel ambitious, you could try a white wallpaper patterned with green ivy, along with the white trim.
Reply:I used a nice medium green in my bathroom, and it was from the "Disney" collection called "Christopher Robin's Swing." My contract color, that blends beautifully with the white appliances, light wooden cabinets, and white ceiling, is also a "Disney" color called "Fluff 'n' Stuff." I think you can look these colors up on line.
Reply:a really light mauve you could even mix it with cream, and contrast the edges ect with a darker forest green, hope this helps
Reply:a rich sienna or reddish brown (red is the complimentary color of green)
Reply:Hot pink.
Reply:creams, and another color type of mint green.
Reply:black
Reply:a light lavender type purple.
Reply:go beige or light brown
Reply:cobalt blue! We painted our living room a cobalt blue and the front hall a mint green and they look so great together that when I put cobalt blue tiles for back splash for my kitchen that I decided to do the kitchen in the same mint green as I did the front hall! To see if I'd like it, I put a spare blue tile against the wall in the front hall and it looked great!
Reply:I think that shades of pastels,in pinks, sea green, turquoise, dusty lavender, butter yellow, those colors would seem light and airy for spring and summer, and fall and winter throw in a few jewel toned deeper accents (pillows, candles, throw rug, snuggle blanket on the sofa,or main chair add an ottoman?).Good luck and shine on, sincerely...Shaaaaaaa
Reply:You could go with a pale pink. That would look good with the mint green and white. You could probably also go with just about any pastel color. If you want to go bolder...go with a blue shade of paint. The best thing to do is to take a sample of the color with you to the paint store and match it up with one of their color swatches so you can find exactly what color you like with the green. :)
Reply:creamy beige would look good
