What colors should I paint the trim of my house, since the siding is a light mint green sort of! HELP PLEASE?

I would like to paint the siding but it's not feasible at this time.

I just can't figure out what colors would coordinate with the yukky light green.

As boring as it may be, I think white would be your best bet. Mint green? 8P Bleh!
Reply:I am glad you said yukkkky...gawd

White would look nice in my opinion
Reply:Cream and variations of off-white,

tans, camels, taupes,

cocoa brown to chocolate,

medium gray with a green tint.

Avoid anything with a pink/peach tint. That will cause the green to intensify. (Greens are opposite reds on the color wheel, and putting them side by side makes each more vivid. Think Christmas decorations.)
Reply:i think that these colors might look nice with that color

1. white

2. off white

3. cream

4. peach

5. or any really close to white or really light color

i hope i helped ♥
Reply:Try a darker shade of green. If the painting is lighter than lemon green, try lemon green. Contrasting different shades of the same colour results in a classy look.
Reply:Navajo white is good with green shades.

F.Y.I. your siding can be painted.
Reply:Seeing since the body of your home is mint green I would do your trim in a creamy white leaning towards more yellow than white and I would use a deep red for your shutters the color I'm thinking of is "Rookwood Red" it's a Sherwin Williams color or if you wanted green they have a "Rookwood Green" also, these are old Victorian colors. I've won awards through Sherwin Williams and had a whole page article written about the "Painted Ladies" I've dressed up in my area 20 yrs ago, that's what I did mostly in my younger days was the old Victorians, I'd use 4 colors on a window alone, alot of work and too many bleeding hearts over lead based paint now for me to even bother with a Victorian any more, well Good luck Les the painter
Reply:White?! Booorrrring! Does white say I am completely without any creative abilities whatsoever or what? You could do a monochromatic color scheme and go with a darker shade of the same tone of green, i.e., Jasmine Jazz or Woodland Fern on this link, or you could go complementary such as the Salsa del Sol. The Mauve Medley or Eggplant would make for a very cool Arts %26amp; Crafts color combination. You need to analyze your green and decide if it is a yellow based green or a blue based green. If it's a yellow based, go with warmer shades of red or whatever trim color you pick. If it's blue based, choose cooler shades of reds, etc. If you're "stuck" with the green, then make it look like you meant to do it. Make the whole color scheme work for you. Mint green is not a bad color at all if you make it look like you meant to do it!
