I'd like to use it for cooking as well as tea. Will hanging it from a pot rack work o.k. or should it be flat?
I'm growing a bumper crop of apple mint. What is the best way to harvest and dry it?
cut it with long stems tie it in bundles and hang itupside down in a cool dry place attach with a clothes pin to a wire hanger careful the bundles dont touch....should dry in a few weeks
