I have tiny caterpillars eating my Tomatoes, Mint and Basil. What can I do?

I need some kind of organic spray that will kill the caterpillar's, but also leave the produce in good conditions for humans to eat.

Any suggestions?

The safest way to keep your garden organic is to kill the little critters by hand. (unfortunately ICKY). Another option is to cover the plants with a netting so that the moths can't get there to lay their eggs.
Reply:go to the shop and ask the shop assistant
Reply:Put some meat out, and table cloths, and make it a caterpillar's convention.....?
Reply:Syd is correct. Squish them with your fingers, they wash off.

Look for the egg mass. It resembles an oval of mold the size of the end of your thumb. Squash it, no caterpillars.
Reply:Put a few drops of dish washing liquid in a spray bottle with water. Then spray the entire plant. The pest's should go away.
