Desserts with left over mint cookies?

Does anyone have a recipe for any kind of dessert that I can use some mint cookies in the recipe? I have some extra left over and want to make a dessert out of them. Anything but fudge.

Desserts with left over mint cookies?
You could crush them up finely with a rolling pin and use the crumbs just as you would use graham cracker crumbs. The possibilities would be endless. Make a crust for an easy ice cream pie, top pudding, sprinkle on a frosted cake or as a crust for a cheese cake. Gosh, this is making me hungry. I'm going to bake right now.
Reply:How about a chocolate cake you can crumble them up in the batter and bake it.
Reply:grasshopper pie or in a trifle
