Many years ago, a gal where I worked would make these delicious butter candies. They look just like buttermints, but they weren't minty. She could only make them at certain times, I think it depended on the weather?? Any ideas? I would gladly settle for a recipe, or the name of this kind of candy so I can try to find it online.
Thanks!
Where can I find the candy that is like a buttermint, but not mint?
I was able to find these recipes at recipesource.com, the first is a regular recipe and the second is a diabetic recipe. Ihope this helps.
