I dont know how to make brownie and I really like to try to make it cuz my mom really like to eat it. Thanks for help with the recipes.
How to make Chocolate Mint Brownie and Fudge Nut Brownie??

Chocolate Mint Brownie Cookies
1 1/2 cups (9 ounces) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, divided use
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Melt 3/4 cup morsels in small, heavy saucepan over lowest possible heat. When morsels begin to melt, remove from heat; stir. Return to heat for a few seconds at a time, stirring until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, peppermint extract and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in melted chocolate. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in remaining morsels and nuts. Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 350° F. oven for 8 to 12 minutes or until sides are set but centers are still soft. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes 3 dozen.
Fudge Nut Brownie Cookies
1 (21 1/2 ounce) package Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, if desired
1 can pillsbury supreme chocolate fudge frosting, if desired
Heat oven to 350 degrees; Generously grease cookie sheet.
In large bowl, combine brownie mix, flour, water, oil and egg; By hand, stir with spoon until dough is formed; Stir in chocolate chips and nuts; Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes; Cool 1 minute; Remove from cookie sheet, cool completely; Frost cookies with chocolate frosting.
TIP: For a thicker cookie, add an additional 2-4 tablespoons of flour.
